Sunflower microgreens have a rich, buttery, and intensely nutty flavor that makes them the most "substantial" tasting of all the microgreens.

The main taste is very similar to a raw sunflower seed, but with a fresh, juicy vegetable finish. They are notably sweet and creamy, lacking any of the bitterness or "green" grassiness found in other shoots.

The texture is their best feature: they are thick, crunchy, and succulent, giving you a satisfying snap when you bite into them. Because they are so mild and nutty, they taste more like a hearty snack than a delicate leaf.
