Mustard (Wasabina) has a sharp, sinus-clearing heat that is very different from the peppery bite of arugula.

As the name suggests, the main flavor is a wasabi-like sting that hits your nose more than your tongue. It’s a clean, "electric" spice that is intense at first but fades quickly, leaving behind a bright, refreshing green taste.

Unlike other mustard greens, Wasabina has a sweet, salad-like finish and a very curly, frilly texture that feels light in your mouth.

While it has that signature mustard pungency, it isn't as bitter or "heavy" as traditional curly mustard greens.
